Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno once again proved that he will do the best he could just to provide and support the needs of the people. This after he opens the largest free dialysis center in the Philippines and possibly also in the whole Asia-Pacific region on Thursday, his exact birthday.
The dialysis center is called Flora Valisno Siojo Dialysis Center, which Mayor Isko named before the grandmother of former Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim who was also present on the said event.
According to Moreno, he wanted the people of Manila to remember the name of the former Mayor who served the city for 12 years so they decided to name the dialysis center before the grandmother of Lim.

He said,
"Isa itong maliit na pagkilala sa 12 taong serbisyo ni Mayor Lim sa Maynila. Makikilala ngayon itong ‘Siojo Dialysis Center’ bilang pinakamalaki sa Pilipinas."
The dialysis center is bigger than the National Kidney Institute as it catered more than 100 dialysis machines. Mayor Isko also said they will be prioritizing poor people to use the dialysis machines for free which normally cost over Php2,000 to Php4,000 per session.

Meanwhile, former Mayor Alfredo expresses his gratitude for the decision of Moreno, saying that the latter can be a good President in the country in the future because of how good he is on giving service to the people.
Lim said,
“Tiyak na tiyak, magiging Pangulo (siya), dahil sa ngayon wala naman tayong nakikita na maaring maging Pangulo ng bansa, sa ngayon… ewan ko yung iba, baka hindi pa pinapanganak, sigurado na si President Isko ang magiging Pangulo natin.”

He added,
“Pero ang masakit non, baka nasa sementeryo na ako non, hindi na ko pwedeng pumalakpak, pero alam niya na pinagdarasal ko ang kanyang tagumpay.”
Meanwhile, Mayor Isko only smiled while listening to the praises of Lim towards him.
