Michael V, Sinagot Ang Mga Tao Na Ngasasabing Ang Kaniyang Sinabi Noong 2016 Ay Para Sa Campaign Ni Mayor Inday Sara

Michael V or popularly known as "Bitoy" created buzzes on the online community after he lamb4sted the people who used the quote he made to campaign President Rodrigo Duterte's daughter Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte in the 2022 Presidential elections.

In an Instagram post, the TV host-comedian called out the Facebook page who is supporting  Inday Sarah for using his quote as "campaign material".

Bitoy was referring to the quote he made for President Duterte when the latter won the Presidential election way back in 2016.

The comedian said,

“Mabuhay ang pangulo! Walang iba… s’ya na nga! Wala ka nang magagawa, bayan na ang nagsalita. Sa bawat bagong araw, mayro’ng bagong simula. ‘DAPAT TAMA’ isa-puso sa isip at sa salita.”

He added,

“Kahit sino mang pangulo ang iluluklok ng bayan ‘Di kakayanin ang bigat kundi natin tutulungan. Ang mabuting pagbabago na kanyang sisimulan Tayo ang magpapatuloy hanggang sa katapusan. Awatin na ang dilang masakit magsalita. Pakawalan ang pusong makatao ang gawa.”

Bitoy then clarified in his IG post that he was only encouraging the people to respect and accept the results of the election in 2016. He also cleared that his statement that has been circulating now on social media was not recent.


He said,

“Madalas kong nakikita sa circulation ‘tong quote ko na ‘to which I posted more than 4 YEARS AGO nu’ng nanalo si Digong as President, to encourage people to accept and respect the election results, consistent with the “Dapat Tama” campaign na ginawa ko with GMA Network. To set the records straight, it’s NOT A RECENT POST.”

Bitoy added,

“Please pay attention to the LAST LINE NA ALL CAPS. I have no problem with people using it for the right reason pero HUWAG PO NATING GAMITING CAMPAIGN MATERIAL.”
