In this time of the pand3mic, almost all people in most parts of the world can't able to go outside their house or are scared to go out because of their fear of the v1rus. That's why most people nowadays are thinking about what they can do to make their quarantine period be productive. Because of this, the house tour of popular celebrities and personalities became trending online.
But we can say that this house tour of actress Maja Salvador has its own health protocols to follow. Just at the door of her house, you would think that you are in a mall or in a place where there are health workers because there is a table on the side and there are thermometer guns, alcohol, face masks, tissues, etc. There are also white slippers on the side to replace used shoes from the outside even if you already go through the disinfectant.
Maja said,
"Yan ang ginagamit natin ngayon para maging safe tayo."
Maja's friend, Miah Gomez was the interior designer of her beautiful and elegant house that has a Modern Tropical theme.
According to Maja, her house already undergoes several renovations but in every renovation, she can say that it was truly a memorable one. Maja first showed the terrace of her house which the grill was placed as it was requested by her brother. The actress also mentioned that her sibling was the one living in their house which they called Casa Andres as she was currently living in a unit given by Robinsons to her as the company's endorser.
Maja added,
"Pero simula nu'ng nag-lockdown, dito na ako tumira kasama ang kapatid ko kasi nag-iisa lang siya rito sa bahay."
The living room is the most favorite part of Maja in her house because of its high ceiling and the furniture used to it is more on woods.
She shared,
"Ito naman (sa divider), nandito ang mga highlight ng buhay ko (trophies), career ko. Ito naman ang graduation picture ng kapatid ko, isa sa achievement koat itong picture naming pamilya kasi sabi ko gusto kong mag-travel noon kasama sila at sa LA."
She added,
"Hindi ako mahilig sa plants pero suggestion ng designer ko mas maganda ang loob ng house na may puno or plants kasi mas nakakabuhay ang bahay kapag may living things.
"Bagay na bagay ang may maliit na puno since high ceiling ang bahay kaya bagay siya."
Maja also featured the dining and kitchen area of the house.
The actress stated,
"Dati plain lang dito sabi ko nga ilang beses na kaming nagpa-renovate at nung pumunta na si mama sa Canada, nasunod na ang gusto kong design."
She continue,
"Dati kasi umikot ang kulay ng bahay sa red, white and black, e, ngayon modern tropical na kaya more on woods. Dito ako madalas kumain kapag nagmamadali at siyempre ang aking coffee maker, I can't live without my coffee."
The actress also showed her collections of wine glass, plates, and her modern oven where she usually cook.
"Ito ang aming kitchen na therapeutic sa akin kasi mahilig akong magluto."
She added,
"Bukod pala sa living at dining kung saan kami madalas magkuwentuhan, ito ang room din na hindi pa ganito ang final look."
The room that Maja was talking about has a sofa at mini wine table with glasses.
"Sabi nga ng aking boyfriend kung doon kami nagkukuwentuhan, dito kami nagdi-dinner, dito kami nagla-lounge."
The actress also shared her work out area that has plants with the plants facing a place without roof. According to Maja,
"Para hindi mabasa ang mga gamit, binababa ko ang blinds."
She said,
"At siyempre dream kong magkaroon ng sauna sa aking house, birthday ng boyfriend ko pero ako ang niregaluhan niya ng sauna, kasya ang three pax after workout mag sauna ka na, e, di relax ka na."
Meanwhile, Maja didn't show off the 2nd floor of her house where her bedroom is located.
