In the latest YouTube vlog of Zsa Zsa Padilla, she showed her beautiful and spacious rest house that she and her partner Architect Conrad Onglao have been dreaming for a long time.
The said rest house is located in Barangay Piis in Lucban, Quezon. The couple can really feel the vibes of living in a province with their house. Because aside from the fresh air, the beautiful property also has an amazing view and the people who will visit the house can surely rest and relax comfortably.
This beautiful rest house was called "Casa Esperanza". It is derived from the real name of Zsa Zsa. For those who didn't know, Esperanza is the name that her parents gave to her.
She shared,
"To those of you who may not know, Esperanza is the name my parents gave me. I share the same name with my mother, KATING, whom we fondly call Manga. I never saw the beauty of my name until others pointed out that it is Spanish for HOPE. It's beautiful, right?"
In 2018, Zsa Zsa and her partner Conrad decided to build a house in Lucban, Quezon that they dreamed about for so long. The couple thinks and plans every detail of their house carefully. Good thing, Conrad is an architect. So there's no wonder why the design of the house is really beautiful and elegant.
"This has been a project of ours since March of this year. Architect Conrad has such a great vision for this place-I know... lucky me!! It's super exciting to see a property develop. When we bought it, it was just untamed land but we relied more on our 'gut feel' about the place. We are grateful to build this dream project together...for us, and for our family.#buildingdreams."
In the said video, Zsa Zsa clearly shows the "before and after" of the house while it was on its construction until it finished. It can be seen the huge transformation of the property, from a vacant lot to a paradise-like property.
Upon entering the house, guests will be welcomed by a small gravel walkway, the way that will lead to the guest to a spacious pavilion. The house has a modern rustic design which Zsa Zsa personally choose. It is also made of recycled yakal wood. The glass wall and roofing also has a modern design that adds to the beauty of the house.
The swimming pool is located near the pavilion. It has a measure of 5mx25m. 3 casitas can also be seen in the area.
Meanwhile, a lily pond can also be seen in Casa Esperanza. There is also a meditation house in the middle part of the lily pond that adds up to the beauty of the place.
The greenhouse of the house is really admirable because of its space and the plants can be seen to it. The singer also wanted to fill it with orchids collection. There is also a table in the greenhouse which serves as the ding table.
Zsa Zsa only showed the outside of Casa Esperanza but she promised to her fans and the online community that she will feature the inside look of Casa Esperanza in her next YouTube vlog.
